Where to Buy Beer in Grand Cayman

You can buy beer in Grand Cayman at licensed liquor stores (such as Jacques Scott), supermarkets, and at bars and restaurants island-wide. For fresh, local craft beer, 19-81 Brewing Co. is stocked at stores and bars across the island and poured tank-to-glass at our George Town taproom.

The legal drinking age in Grand Cayman and the Cayman Islands is 18. You will need valid photo ID to buy alcohol at liquor stores or to be served at bars and the taproom.

Retail alcohol sales at liquor stores and supermarkets are not permitted on Sundays in the Cayman Islands, so plan ahead and stock up by Saturday. Licensed bars and restaurants may still serve beer on Sundays with a meal or under their licence.
