Big Apple is our boldest pour — a strong, dry apple cider at a beer-defying 11% ABV. Often searched as “Big Apple beer”, it is technically a cider, but it drinks with the punch, depth and complexity of a craft ale. Expect a crisp green-apple bite, a bone-dry finish and a deceptively smooth body that hides its strength. A Cayman taproom exclusive that disappears fast — made (just) outside of Manhattan, brewed right here in Grand Cayman.
