Our Hibiscus Cider is a vibrant, locally crafted twist on a classic. As one of the only craft ciders made right here in the Cayman Islands, this is a must-try taproom favorite. We start with a crisp, refreshing apple cider base and then infuse it with real hibiscus flowers. This process gives the cider its beautiful, natural rosé color and a unique, zesty flavor.
