Hibiscus Cider
Our Hibiscus Cider is a vibrant, locally crafted twist on a classic. As one of the only craft ciders made right here in the Cayman Islands, this is a must-try taproom favorite. We start with a crisp, refreshing apple cider base and then infuse it with real hibiscus flowers. This process gives the cider its beautiful, natural rosé color and a unique, zesty flavor. Tasting Notes & PairingsThis isn't an overly sweet cider. The hibiscus provides a bright, floral, and slightly tart finish that perfectly balances the apple. It's the ultimate refreshing drink for a warm Grand Cayman day. Pairs perfectly with: Light salads, fresh seafood, goat cheese, or simply enjoying the sunset. Where to Find Our Hibiscus CiderOur Hibiscus Cider is a popular small-batch brew, often available as a taproom exclusive at our Grand Cayman brewery. See What's On Tap Find a Location Near You

Cayman Cider — FAQ
Where can I buy cider in Grand Cayman?
19-81 Cayman cider is on tap at our George Town taproom and stocked at liquor stores and bars across Grand Cayman — from Seven Mile Beach to West Bay. Look for our Guava, Apple, Hibiscus and limited Dry Apple and Big Apple ciders.
Is 19-81 cider gluten-free?
Yes — our ciders are made from fermented fruit rather than grain, so they are naturally gluten-free. They are crisp, sparkling and made for island life.
What is sorrel cider?
Sorrel is the Caribbean name for hibiscus. Our Hibiscus Cider is a floral, tart, ruby-red sorrel cider — a refreshing local twist on a classic Cayman flavour.
Can I buy cider online in the Cayman Islands?
Several Cayman liquor stores offer delivery across Grand Cayman. For the freshest pour, you can also visit our taproom at 273 Dorcy Drive in George Town, or find a stockist near you on our Find Our Beers page.
What ciders does 19-81 make?
Our core ciders are Guava Cider and Island Apple Cider — Cayman's first locally crafted cider — alongside rotating releases like Hibiscus (sorrel), Dry Apple and the bold 11% Big Apple. Availability changes through the year, so check the taproom for the current pour.
